Who we are

molabs.net is operated by Muhammed Omarjee, trading as MO:LABS, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MO:LABS. “You” refers to anyone using the site or placing an order.

By using molabs.net, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the “last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes.

The content on this site is provided for general information only. Our products are personal care products, not medical treatments. We do not provide medical advice; if you have a medical condition or concern, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products you have selected. We accept your offer when we send the order confirmation email. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud).

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received full payment.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order for any reason. See our Refunds Policy for the full process and any exceptions.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

We are not liable for any allergic reaction or adverse response to a product. Always read the ingredient list and patch test before use. If you have a known allergy or sensitive skin, consult a healthcare professional before using.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights.
